重要提醒：在未收到款項之前我們不會為客人保留房間，如果有其他客人先匯款或透過其他管道訂房，房間會以先匯款的客人為優先，建議匯款前先電話確認房間是否還在，避免匯款後才發現已有人捷足先登。

取消政策

• 於入住日前14天以前取消預訂，退還95%房款            
•於入住日前5~13天取消預訂，將退還50%房款            
•於入住日前4天內取消預訂，無法退款            
•入住當天22:00過後視同NO SHOW，預訂無法取消，亦無法改期。

如遇上颱風，地震...等不可抗之天災因素，不受上述條件規範，可與我們聯繫退訂或改期。

Payment

We usually have several people interested in the same dates so we operate a first-come, first-served policy based on who's payment we receive first. Thank you.
 

To complete your reservation, please leave your email address and we will mail you the Paypal invoice.  Please transfer the full amount within two business days after booking, otherwise the order will be canceled! (5% charge by Paypal will be included.)
Ex: Mixed dorm room $600/night/person+$600*0.05(paypal charge)=$630(Total)

After transferring the full amount, please notify us. Once we have verified the payment, we will notify you that your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 95% refund.
• Cancellations made 5 to 13 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 4 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
• If you do not check in by 10:00 PM on the day of arrival, it will be considered a "No Show," and the reservation cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
