嗨～歡迎來到「築頁」，謝謝你選擇入住我們家，為了讓大家都能住的舒服，我們有一些堅持。為了你的權益，請務必詳閱下面的入住須知，謝謝。
入住提醒：
•入住時間：15:00-21:30（逾時加收服務費$200/時，超過10分鐘以1小時計，22:00之後無法接待入住）
•退房時間： 11:00前（逾時加收$100/30分鐘）
• 全館衛浴共用(我們是住滿最多10位的小間青旅，共用一間浴室、一間廁所、一間浴廁混合)
•請自備個人盥洗用具，僅提供洗髮乳、沐浴乳
•入內請脫鞋、室外空間皆備有室外拖
•請節約能源愛地球，最後一位離開房間請隨手關閉電燈、冷氣
•背包房請勿鎖房門、個人物品請妥善保管
•房內不得飲食（喝水除外）、本棟全面禁菸
•廚房設備可自行使用，使用完畢後需清理乾淨；11：00-14：00之間需打掃不開放使用。
•請做好垃圾、回收、廚餘分類
•晚上22:00後禁止大聲喧嘩，聊天請降低音量，避免吵到鄰居及其他室友
•晚上22:00後將鎖上大門，晚歸的旅客請記得鎖門
•我們的空間皆只提供給室友們，為維護所有室友的權益，不接受訪客，若屢勸不聽，我們將直接取消你的入住且不退費。
• 禁止攜帶寵物，若入住時有寵物一同入住，我們有權利不接待且不退款。
• 我們屬於背包客棧而非一般民宿，適合能自律且尊重他人的旅客，不接受10歲以下的孩童入住。若有10歲以下孩童一同入住，我們有權利不接待且不退款。

A warm welcome to "PageSurfingInn"! We are truly grateful that you have chosen to stay with us. To ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review the following guidelines. These policies are designed with your convenience and safety in mind, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Check-In Reminders:
Check-in Time: 15:00–21:30 (A late check-in fee of $200/hour will apply for arrivals past 21:30, calculated in hourly increments after the first 10 minutes. We cannot accommodate check-ins after 22:00.)
Check-out Time: Before 11:00 (A late check-out fee of $100 per 30 minutes will apply.)
General Rules:
。Shared Facilities:
Our inn can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. All bathrooms are shared, with one bathroom, one toilet, and one combined bath and toilet facility available for use.
。Personal Toiletries:
Please bring your own toiletries. We only provide shampoo and body wash.
。Shoes and Slippers:
Please remove your shoes upon entering the building. Outdoor slippers are available in outdoor spaces.
。Energy Conservation:
Help us conserve energy! Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room.
。Backpack Room Policy:
Do not lock the door to the shared backpack room. Please take care of your personal belongings.
。Room Policies:
Eating is not allowed in the rooms (except for water). Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
。Kitchen Usage:
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Please clean up after use. The kitchen is closed for cleaning between 11:00 and 14:00.
。Waste Management:
Please separate garbage, recyclables, and food waste.
Quiet Hours:
。After 22:00, please refrain from making loud noises. Keep conversations at a low volume to avoid disturbing neighbors and other guests.
。Door Locking Policy:
The main door will be locked after 22:00. If you return late, please remember to lock the door.
。No Visitors Policy:
Our spaces are reserved exclusively for guests. To ensure the comfort of all, we do not allow visitors. If this rule is not respected after a warning, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without a refund.
。No Pets:
Pets are not allowed. If you arrive with a pet, we reserve the right to refuse your stay without a refund.
。Children Policy:
As we are a backpacker’s hostel, not a typical inn, we cater to guests who are independent and respectful of others. We do not accommodate children under 10 years old. If you arrive with a child under this age, we reserve the right to refuse your stay without a refund.
